An irregular non-EU citizen has been traced on the national territory, with several criminal and police records for crimes against the person, property and public administration, as well as in relation to narcotic substances.
On the basis of information-investigative activities by the Polfer operators of Reggio Calabria, it was established that some attacks and threats committed against employees of the FS Group, as well as damage to company assets, had been carried out by the Nigerian, already the recipient of a recent expulsion order.
Furthermore, the same individual had been the protagonist – even in recent times – of some episodes of aggression and damage committed in the city streets, especially near the central station of Reggio Calabria.
He slept inside a train, he will be expelled
The man, caught sleeping inside a railway carriage, was taken by the Polfer to the police station to activate the planned expulsion and forced repatriation procedures.
The operation was conducted in synergy with the Immigration Office of the local Police Headquarters.
