The military. during the check, assisted during the activity by the Local Police office of the Municipality of Amendolara, they ascertained that the raising of a pre-existing villa was underway in a completely illegal manner, i.e. in the absence of a building permit and landscape authorization, by building a first attic floor. The new building, with a surface area of 65 m2, accessible via an external staircase and completely independent from the existing one on the ground floor, was devoid of fixtures, finishes and systems. The owner of the property and client of the works, resident outside the Region, was referred to the judicial authority and informed of the emergency seizure order carried out on the newly built building, which was entrusted to the judicial custody of the Local Police office of Amendolara.
