It is the day of the official launch – 7pm, at the Palacultura – of Federico Basile’s electoral campaign and the announced army of lists in support of his re-nomination. But it is also the day in which the rapprochement (which would be sensational) could occur between the senator of Italia Viva, Dafne Musolino, and the centre-right, which has staked everything on the lawyer Marcello Scurria. Furthermore, new memberships could be announced to the “Rebirth Messina” project which sees the former chief engineer of the civil engineering, Gaetano Sciacca, take the field for the union.
