Foreclosures: once again the Court of Paola has ordered the suspension of the measure initiated by Sogert against citizens on behalf of the Municipality. Now the leader of the PD councilor, Graziano Di Natale, is asking the municipal administration to put an end to a situation that has now taken on a clear social value.
«The new suspension – explains the Democrat exponent – confirms how fundamental it is to verify the legitimacy of the collection acts and defend the rights of taxpayers». The debate on this remains very heated. With time passing, the administration, which had announced the precise verification of the actions of the companies responsible for forced collection, has not yet clarified the merits. In the middle there are those suspended lots of credits still of doubtful collectability which could put the Municipality in difficulty.
