The direct assignment of the rental of the 22 floating docks to Smac srl concludes a delicate phase (one of many) for Catanzaro Servizi. The investee company had in fact launched itself into the management of the third body of water – obtained through a public procedure and not as an in-house assignment – in order to develop a profitable service, also allowing it to “put a foot” in the port.
The previous sole administrator, Gianluca Silipo, had already started the process for the concession and planning; then in August last year the serious break with the single-member Municipality (due to the tax credit issue) and the change at the top, with the arrival of the “ferryman” Antonio De Marco who collected and completed the entire process.
