In view of the administrative elections of 24 and 25 May 2026, on Tuesday 12 May 2026, at 12 pm, in the Hall of Flags of Palazzo Zanca, the Municipal Electoral Commission will proceed, in a public meeting, to appoint the scrutineers to be assigned to the electoral sections for the elections in question, by drawing lots among those who have submitted the relevant request from 30 April to 5 May 2026.
The list of scrutineers drawn will be published on the institutional website of the Municipality of Messina.
Subsequently, the nominations as scrutineers will be notified to the address of residence or, alternatively, they may be withdrawn by the 13 to 18 May 2026at the Notifications Office in Palazzo Zanca, ground floor, room no. 63 according to the following days and times:
- Wednesday 13 May: from 2.30pm to 4.30pm
- Thursday 14 May: from 8.30 to 13.00 and from 14.30 to 16.30
- Friday 15 May 2026: from 8.30 to 13.00 and from 14.30 to 16.30
- Saturday 16 May 2026: from 8.30 to 13.00 and from 14.30 to 16.30
- Sunday 17 May 2026: from 8.30 to 12.30
- Monday 18 May 2026: from 8.30 to 13.00 and from 14.30 to 16.30
In case of impediment to carry out the task, the nominee must present a justification to the Electoral Office within 48 hours of receiving the notification.
