A tile hits the entrustment of economically relevant services to the investee company Catanzaro Servizi. The Competition and Market Guarantor Authority (AGCM) has in fact branded as “illegitimate” council resolutions 6, 7 and 8 of 6 February with which the city assembly voted for the assignment of the votive lamp management service, the maintenance, management and implementation service of urban greenery and the maintenance service of the road surface and road appurtenances. The reason: “They are not suitable to fulfill the reconnaissance and motivational obligations” provided for by Legislative Decree 201 of 2022, with which the regulation of local public services of economic importance was reorganised.
