The municipal council is back in full swing. With the (announced) appointment of Mimmo Gianturco as councillor, the Executive which was left orphaned of two members, following the resignation in recent months of councilor Giulia Bifano and Gabriella De Sensi, an expression of Fratelli d’Italia and Lamezia Domani, is completed. The League was more “hasty” and, after dismissing councilor Antonietta D’Amico, nominated Donatella Amicarelli, second of those not elected in the past municipal elections.
The formal act of Gianturco’s appointment has not yet been published on the Municipality’s notice board, but the activity of the representative of Lamezia Domani has already begun. Also taking up “service” is the councilor for budget, taxes and personnel Maria Teresa Nardo, a teacher at Unical and originally from Vibo, indicated by the mayor Mario Murone, whose appointment does not displease the Hon. Wanda Ferro, then at Fratelli d’Italia, and considered very close to both the president of the Auditors Antonino Daffinà (Forza Italia) and the regional councilor of Noi Moderati Vito Pitaro.
