An intense experience, born last year and which has now become an even stronger symbol of inclusion, friendship, respect and love for the sea.” This was announced by Massimiliano Ossini, host of Unomattina, who today will swim again between Scilla and Cariddi, from Reggio to Messina.
The cameras of the Rai program will follow the event live, in which the former Olympic champion Antonio Rossi, now president of the Italian canoe and kayak federation, will also participate. «In the water there will be friends, athletes, Paralympic champions and protagonists from the world of sport, united by the same desire – underlines Ossini -, to demonstrate that limits can be overcome with determination, preparation and team spirit. Every stroke in the Strait represents a story, a sacrifice, a rebirth, but above all the strength of sport as a tool capable of uniting different people through authentic values.”
