In the square in Vibo against intimidation: institutions and municipal employees

The silent sit-in held last night in front of the Town Hall, in Martyrs of Hungary Square, to say No to the violence that continues to be perpetrated against municipal administrators and employees and businesses operating in the area was full of meaning. On the front line the mayor, Enzo Romeo, councilors and councilors of yesterday and today, former and current municipal employees: together, with heads held high, against any intimidation.
The event was called by architect Domenico Santoro, former municipal councilor of the 5 Star Movement, who explained: «With this initiative we intend to highlight public opinion that does not want the reappearance of intimidation to go unnoticed, a phenomenon which in recent years, thanks to the anti-mafia operations conducted by the prosecutor Nicola Gratteri, had been overcome».
