Messina neighborhoods: Messina, Cardile and Caprì proclaimed. Here is who are elected to the district councils

While the central seat of Palazzo Zanca yesterday began analyzing the lists and preferences of the city council and will have them for at least two weeks, the commissions that deal with the constituencies have proclaimed three presidents.

Sixth district

Sacha Cardile, at the Sixth, was the first to receive the official imprimatur, and yesterday the green light for the assembly also arrived. In addition to Cardile himself, its members include Francesca Mancuso (Cardile president), Massimo Costanzo (ScN), Alessio Pannuccio (De Luca mayor of Sicily), Antonino Biancuzzo (Basile mayor of Messina); for the centre-left with the Democratic Party, Antonio Lambraio. For the centre-right: Maurizio Mangraviti (Autonomous and Popular), Maddalena Bonanno (Scurria mayor), Francesco Tomasello (Scandurra president) and Salvatore Scandurra as the best of the losing candidates.

Seventh district

In the seventh district, the president is Ninni Caprì (1,596 votes), second Francesco Pagano with 1,482 preferences, third Salvatore Grosso (1,319). The ten members of the council will be, in addition to Caprì and Pagano, Francesco Perrone, Antonio Curcio, Valentino Ammendolia for the South calls North coalition. For the center-right Domenico Fornaro, Santino Previti and Giuseppe La Scala. For the center-left Mario Biancuzzo and Giovanni Russo.

In the first constituency, Enzo Messina was proclaimed president (South calls North) who registered 5,719 votes. Second Alessandro Costa (Centre-right) with 3,183 preferences. The centre-left candidate Giovanni Bonfiglio finished with 1,951 votes. The council’s proclamation is expected next Thursday. According to an unofficial projection, 5 seats go to the South and the North, three to the Center-Right and one to the Center-Left.
