The environmental councilor Francesco Madeo was the victim of a serious targeted act of intimidation, which took place directly inside his private property. It all started in the locality of Giannone, in the urban area of Corigliano, where the representative of the municipal council lives. Yesterday morning, when he was about to drive his Ford Kuga, the councilor noticed that one of the tires was completely flat. Initially the episode might have seemed like a banal road accident, but the truth emerged a few hours later, as soon as Madeo went to his trusted mechanic for the repair. The expert’s inspection highlighted that it was not an accidental puncture caused by a nail picked up on the asphalt, but rather a deliberate act. The tire was in fact punctured by an awl, a clear sign of a targeted and intentional action.
