On the one hand, 300 employees lose between 50 and 100 euros gross per month, on the other, with the stroke of a pen, the general secretary is assigned an additional allowance, for the role of general manager, of 36 thousand euros per year. All this while the same, on the same day as the mayor Federico Basile’s proclamation, orders the payment of the end-of-term indemnity in favor of the latter, almost 50 thousand euros. Everything revolves around these three elements, almost coinciding in time and with one leading actress above all, the general secretary of Palazzo Zanca, Rossana Carrubba, the first union problem that the newly re-elected Basile administration will have to face.
Practically all the unions in the Municipality are on a war footing and the requests, albeit with different nuances, converge towards a single point of arrival: the revocation of management decision number 5113 of 28 May with which Carrubba herself redefined the attribution of salary differentials for the so-called Peo, Horizontal Economic Progressions, relating to 2024.
