Employers who intend to hire young people, women and workers residing in disadvantaged areas with the contribution relief provided for by the decree of 30 April n.62 can send applications to INPS.

Who can obtain 100% exemption from contributions
Employers who hire young people under 35 years of age, disadvantaged or very disadvantaged people, women who have been unemployed for 24 months or 12 in the presence of other disadvantaged situations, over 35s residing in the SEZ and unemployed for at least two years can obtain 100% exemption from social security contributions (therefore excluding INAIL contributions) with a variable limit depending on the disadvantaged situation.
How to submit the application on the INPS website
It is possible to submit the application for exemption from contributions under discussion by logging in with your digital identity (SPID of at least level 2, CIE of level 3 and CNS) to the institutional website www.inps.it.
