Spokesman in the 90s of a generation that identified with the new pop of which he was the undisputed standard-bearer, Max Pezzali, at the Franco Scoglio with the first of the two Messina stops of the “Max Forever Gli anni d’oro – Stadi 2026” tour, still maintains today the ability to be frank and direct, convincing the younger ones as well as the nostalgic adults who danced to his songs and experienced the dynamics and ideologies of their time. Sold out stadium with many fans flocking from all over Sicily and Calabria since the early hours of the morning, waiting to sing in unison on the most iconic pieces of his repertoire.

The show is the homage to the nineties

Pezzali was welcomed with an ovation upon entering the stage, which, built with floor-mounted screens, whose undisputed protagonist is denim, is illuminated by the lights and atmospheres of the nineties. Opening with the “FestivalMax” moment, which pays homage in the title to the iconic “Festivalbar” – won by the original duo in 1993 with “Nord Sud Ovest Est” (album and single) – and a video cameo by Amadeus introducing “Tieni il tempo”, “Bella vera” and “La lungo estate caldassima”.

Accompanying Pezzali are Giorgio Mastrocola (rhythm guitar), Davide Ferrario (guitar, synthesizers and programming), Marco Mariniello (bass), Giordano Colombo (drums) and Ernesto Ghezzi (keyboards and piano). The Messina stages of the tour are promoted by Giuseppe Rapisarda Management in collaboration with the Municipality.
