The municipal council of Capo d’Orlando passes the ball to the regional deputies of the province of Messina for the start of the political process which should lead to the establishment of the maritime navigation line from the Port of Capo d’Orlando to the Aeolian Islands.
The Chamber decided this unanimously, with the majority, minority and independents all in agreement, and it did so during the last civic assembly, convened ad hoc by its president Cristian Gierotto and to which the deputies had been invited but who, however, had to desert it due to institutional commitments in the chamber.
The precise date, between 9 and 10 July, will be set in these hours after confirmation by the deputies of their availability to attend.
