The bill no. is also ok. 43/13^, presented by councilors Laghi and Ferrari, aimed at combating contamination by poly and perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The rule introduces stringent controls and transparency obligations, with the online publication of data within 30 days, for industrial purifiers and landfills, also establishing a permanent technical-scientific committee at Arpacal.
