When will the INPS payments for July 2026 arrive? The complete calendar with all the dates, measure by measure.

July 2026 is one of the busiest months of the year for the INPS payment calendar. With the pension installment of July 1st, the fourteenth and the top-up of the Purchasing Card have already arrived, while the ordinary NASpI window is underway. The accreditations of the Inclusion and Support Allowance for training and work (from 15 July) and the Single Allowance (20 and 21) remain on the calendar. Here are all the dates, measure by measure, and what to do if a credit has not arrived.

Pensions: payment from July 1st to the fourteenth

Pensions for July 2026 are payable from Wednesday 1st July, the first bankable day of the month, both for crediting to a current account and for cash withdrawals at Poste Italiane counters (alphabetical ordering is recommended; cash is only permitted for amounts up to 1,000 euros net).

With the July instalment, INPS also automatically pays the fourteenth to pensioners who have reached at least 64 years of age by 31 July 2026 and who have a personal income not exceeding 15,908.10 euros per year: the spouse’s income does not count. The amount varies from 336 to 655 euros based on the years of contributions and the income range, and those who slightly exceed the threshold can still receive a partial amount. Anyone who meets the requirements later, or retires during 2026, will receive the sum in the December instalment. If the fourteenth does not appear on the payslip but you believe you are entitled to it, it is possible to submit an application for income reconstitution from the INPS portal or through a patronage.

Single check: credits on 20 and 21 July

For families who already receive the benefit, without new applications or changes, the credit is expected on Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 July 2026. For new applications and in the event of changes in the ISEE or the family unit, payment is made in the last week of the month.

Pay attention to the ISEE, but only for those who have not yet submitted the DSU for 2026: those who have already done so by 30 June do not have to do anything and regularly receive the amount due, arrears from March included. However, those who present it now, after the deadline has expired, maintain the right to the allowance but lose the arrears accrued since March: until presentation the minimum amount remains and the recalculation starts from the following month.

NASpI and Dis-Coll: the ordinary window from 9 to 15 July

Unemployment benefits do not have a single national date. For those who already receive NASpI (or Dis-Coll), payments of the monthly salary accrued in June are arranged approximately between 9 and 15 July, with times that depend on the starting date of the benefit, the date of submission of the application and the processing of the application. For new recipients, the first credit usually arrives in the second half of the month, often between the 15th and 25th, including any arrears. The effective date can be checked in the citizen’s social security file or in the INPS service dedicated to the status of a payment.

Inclusion Allowance: 15 and 28 July

Double appointment for the ADI: on Wednesday 15 July the first payment for new applications with a positive preliminary investigation and a signed Digital Activation Agreement (with any arrears) and the first monthly payment for the units that have obtained the renewal, which from 2026 is recognized at 50% of the amount due, to return full from the second; Tuesday 28 July the ordinary monthly top-up for families already benefiting. In recent months, accreditations have sometimes been brought forward by a day.

For some of the households, 28 July is the last top-up of the current period: from 2026 there will no longer be a month of suspension between one cycle and another and the renewal application is presented from the month following the last payment, therefore from August.

Support for training and work: the dates

For the 500 euro monthly allowance of the SFL, similar timing applies to those of the ADI: first payment for new applications accepted from Wednesday 15 July, disbursements following the first towards the end of the month.

Purchase Card: the July top-up has already been credited

Those waiting for the 80 euros of the Purchasing Card for the two-month period July-August do not have to mark a date on the calendar: the credits started from Friday 3 July and, as with every cycle, become visible on the cards progressively over the course of a few days. In fact, for the social card managed by Poste Italiane there is no official calendar with set days: top-ups fall in odd months – January, March, May, July, September and November – and are normally arranged within the first ten days of the month. The indication of an accreditation “starting from July 15th”, which is circulating in recent days, is not reflected in any official calendar. The contribution remains 80 euros every two months, equal to 40 euros per month, which can be spent on food, medicines and health expenses and for the payment of electricity and gas bills.

To find out if the sum has been loaded, simply check the card balance:

  • on the toll-free number 800.666.888, free from a landline, following the guided voice;
  • at authorized postal counters, where it is also possible to request a list of the latest transactions.

If the credit is not yet visible, before going to the post office you should check two things. The first is the ISEE 2026: without an updated and correctly processed DSU the top-up can remain suspended, and the threshold not to be exceeded this year is 8,230.81 euros (for those over 70 the treatment and income limit is 10,974.42 euros). The second is the age requirement, which is the most frequent cause of exclusion for families: the card is valid for children up to three years of age and the right ceases upon reaching the third year of age, while for the elderly the benefit is recognized from 65 years of age and over.

Based on the ordinary timing, the next top-up – that of the two-month period September-October – is expected in the first days of September.

How to check dates and accreditations

  • the citizen’s social security file on the INPS portal (access with SPID, CIE or CNS);
  • the INPS Mobile app;
  • the INPS Contact Center: 803 164 from landlines (free) and 06 164 164 from mobiles;
  • the patronages, which offer free assistance on checks, reconstitutions and requests for reconstitution.

The dates indicated may undergo slight variations based on the processing of individual practices and the technical times of credit institutions and Poste Italiane.
