Or perhaps even worse: yes, because the validation of the takeover of the “new” councilor Salvatore Vescio, who should take the place of Mimmo Gianturco (who became councilor last season), has been postponed, but since the same postponement was already foreseen in the same point on the agenda of yesterday’s city council, the long controversy that took place between the benches regarding the recurring “delays” and various unpreparedness aroused some surprises. In other words, a sort of “open secret” arrives after more than 50 days in the courtroom and it is difficult to understand whether the unpreparedness comes more from politics or from the administrative offices.
