On Wednesday 30 September at 9am the “Oreste Granillo” stadium in Reggio Calabria will host the grand inauguration ceremony of the 2026-27 school year, promoted by the municipal administration and the Metropolitan City with the motto “Reggio looks ahead”. The event, wanted by the mayor Francesco Cannizzaro and curated together with the councilor for education Filomena Iatì and the MEP Giusi Princi, aims to place the school and the young generations at the center of the city’s growth, combining educational values with those of sport, legality and European inclusion. The absolute protagonists of the morning will be the students of the schools of Reggio and the metropolitan area – for whom ATAM will guarantee transfers – who will liven up the party with artistic and musical performances in the presence of the highest authorities, families and the entire school community.
