The regional councilor of Tridico, president Ferdinando Laghi, requests and urges the obligation of transparency for the pathological anatomies of the spokes of Castrovillari and Rossano. In the background there is a “dark” resolution with which the ASP of Cosenza approved the agreement and the service. For Laghi «Pathological anatomy is in close connection with hospital and outpatient activities: many therapeutic decisions depend on this diagnostic service. For this reason, the resolution (number 1289 of last Thursday 17th), with which the Asp of Cosenza acknowledges the agreement with the hospital for the Hub & Spoke network of pathological anatomy, would have deserved above all much more transparency. The copy of the deed, which was not even published on the notice board, stops at seven pages: the text of the agreement and the technical annex, defined as an integral and substantial part, are not available”.
