The funeral of Rebecca Galli, the 17-year-old who died the day after the serious road accident that occurred on September 24 on Via Nuova Don Blasco, will be held tomorrow, Wednesday 30 September, at 4pm, in the Cathedral of Messina. The date of the funeral was announced by the family, who in the funeral poster wanted to remember the young woman with words full of affection: “Our queen forever”.
A message accompanied by a dedication ideally addressed to Rebecca: “Suddenly you flew to heaven with the angels and we are sure that you are in Heaven”. Words that encompass the pain of the family for the loss of the very young girl, who passed away at just 17 years old due to a road accident.
Rebecca died on 25 September in the intensive care unit of the Messina Polyclinic, where she had been hospitalized following the very serious injuries sustained in the violent impact. At the time of the accident he was traveling on the back seat of a scooter driven by a 16-year-old, who was also involved in the affair and registered in the register of suspects.
An autopsy was performed on the girl’s body this morning. The examination confirmed that death was caused by severe head injuries sustained in the accident.
