Eni, after the cap on diesel and petrol prices, “offers a new contribution to Italian families as part of the Eni for Italy initiative, aimed at supporting citizens in dealing with high energy prices”. We can read it in a note from the Six-legged Dog, in which it is announced that the group will offer, starting from October 1st and for customers who sign up for the offer by October 24th through Plenitude, a 30% discount on electricity and gas fees compared to the main fixed price offer, with the price blocked for two years.
The estimated savings
A discount which, it should be noted, is worth around 100 euros per year on the gas contract and the same for the electricity contract, for a total of around 200 euros. As part of the offer, Eni will also keep the prices of the raw material unchanged, thus taking charge – specifies the note – of the recent increases in supply costs.
