The restaurant “Il Tramonto”, a well-known restaurant, bar and lido in the Marina district, adjacent to the pier, which ended up under preventive emergency seizure on 11 September, was released from seizure. The Carabinieri have returned the structure to the availability of the owners, who will therefore be able to carry out their business regularly again.
The measure was taken as part of the investigations into alleged irregularities connected to an anomalous expansion of the area, the absence of an extension of the state concession and further authorizations considered by the investigators to be missing or lacking, with complaints also relating to building violations. This reconstruction was contrasted with the data of the numerous checks carried out by the police during the summer season just passed, without, according to reports, any anomalies in the concessions and authorizations having emerged.
