An increasingly wider trench. In the Cosentino area, this morning, it will move beyond the dimension of individual categories to become a territorial battle. From 9.30, the Esaro Valley will find itself at the roundabout of the Scalo di San Marco Argentano, the focal point of connection between the industrial area and the A2. Farmers and hauliers (who received a visit from Bishop Stefano Rega on Tuesday) will be the nucleus of the mobilization. Around them, the promoters’ appeal is addressed to the mayors, to the families, to the students, to the communities that look towards the Pollino from the Valley.
At the center of the battle is the price of fuel, which has now become a difficult item to absorb for those who work and those who travel every day.
Tomorrow the front will move to Cosenza (where the national demonstration is scheduled for Saturday morning).
