On the one hand the guidelines for Calabria, on the other the national standard tender. And in the middle the Municipalities, with hundreds and hundreds of holders of state concessions at the window, more than interested observers. There is maximum uncertainty while the Region and the national Government try to put fixed points in the chaos of the beach concessions, a matter made incandescent by the European Bolkestein directive which imposes public tenders for the assignments.
In recent days, the Regional Council has moved forward by approving the guidelines intended for coastal municipalities for the implementation of regional law 15/2026 regarding maritime state concessions for tourist-recreational purposes.
