Around 7 this morning a road accident occurred along the state road west of Catanzaro, near the junction for Gagliano.
Two cars were involved in the accident: an Alfa Romeo Stelvio and a Fiat 500. Following the impact, the Alfa Romeo left the road and ended its run on an embankment, while the Fiat 500 overturned on the road.
Only the drivers were on board the vehicles, both of whom were slightly injured and entrusted to the medical staff of Suem 118 for the necessary treatment.
Thanks to the intervention of the Catanzaro Fire Brigade, both the area affected by the collision and the cars involved were made safe. The Local Police was also present on site for the investigations, while Anas and the State Police managed the traffic and the restoration of normal safety conditions of the road.
