They were the great protagonists of the second evening of theRds Summer Fest of Messina but they didn’t spare themselves either… at the table. And so after having made the 15 thousand people in Piazza Duomo dance, space was given to local cuisine for Annalisa and Alessandra Amoroso who have taken refuge in Sailor’s Restaurant in Galati Marinaone of those places where you can breathe in the Messina spirit and it is a source of pride for the entire city, thanks to Carlotta Andreacchio. For the two stars of Italian music, a menu dedicated to raw and seafoodbut also swordfish parmigiana. And then barbecue octopus on a cream of potatoes with smoked paprika, Mazara prawns Catalan style, tuna tartare and buffalo stracciatella Tuna burger on caramelized onion, accompanied by an Etna rosé from Tenuta Camporè and finally tiramisu and Sicilian liqueurs.
Just two weeks ago it was the turn of Sugar to choose the Galati Marina restaurant: for him, mussels au gratin, parmigiana and fried calamari.
