The three exponents of Forza Nuova arrested on 10 September were defended on charges of propaganda, violence and instigation to commit a crime for reasons of racial, ethnic and religious discrimination. In front of the Gold Gilda Romano, the three militants, assisted by lawyers Alessio Spadafora, Antonio Ludovico, Antonio Sgromo and Maurizio Giacobbe, provided their version on what happened that evening. At the end of the interrogations, the defenses made a request to the investigating judge of revocation of the precautionary measure. The decision should be made known in the next few hours.
Carmelo Laface, Giuseppe Sestito and Giuseppe Mumoli respectively regional, provincial and citizen of Forza Nuova ended up under house arrest. They would be the authors of aggression to a citizen of Moroccan nationality on the evening of 6 March last.
