Three 24-hour vending machines, attributable to a single economic entity and located in three municipalities in the province of Cosenza which allowed the dispensing of alcohol even during the prohibited time slot.
The financiers of the Paola Company and the Cetraro Tenenza discovered them. The vending machines were seized and the administrative sanctions established by law were applied against the manager, which can reach up to 90,000 euros.
According to the regulations, the automatic sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited between midnight and seven in the morning.
