At the Politeama Theater in Catanzaro between music, fashion and dance with the Carlino d’Argento Award which celebrates Calabrian talents

Music, dance and fashion will be the ingredients of the artistic union that the Silver Pug Award will propose next evening December 17thscheduled for Politeama Theater of Catanzaro, dedicated to the recognition of Calabrian talents and personalities of excellence. The artistic cast of the event has been defined, within which the participation of the band of Tchaikovsky Conservatory which will mark the different moments scheduled in the lineup. A musical formation made up of teachers and young talents who are an expression of the territory, who have had the opportunity to study and grow within a quality academic reality such as that of Tchaikovsky. A synergy that is consolidated, that between the Silver Carlino and the Catanzaro Conservatory, thanks to the will of the creator of the Award, Yves Catanzaro, and of the director of the Conservatory, Valentina Currenti, and of the conductor Filippo Arlia, on basis of the common mission aimed at the promotion and valorisation of artistic and cultural realities.

A networking effort among the training excellences that in this edition – with the usual and expert management of Domenico Gareri which coordinates the format – is enriched with another piece: in fact, the dance moments will be curated by the Politeama Theater dance school behind whose creation there is all the professionalism and experience of the Asd Artedanza of Catanzaro, directed by Giovanni Calabrò. The very young talents selected and joining the school will perform choreographies set up for the evening in what will be one of the first official public outings of the young students in the classical, academic and contemporary fields.

Finally, the clothes of the will also be paraded on the Politeama stage Calabrian designer Azzurra Di Lorenzo who wanted to match their creations to the themes and values ​​suggested by the Silver Pug. The fashion designer trained in Milan where she opened her first atelier, over the years she has dressed artists such as Claudia Gerini, Jo Champa, Micaela Foti, Matilde Brandi, Milena Miconi, and has always maintained a strong bond with her land of origin and with the sea being a source of inspiration for her clothes. Between elegance, charm and rediscovery of femininity, the foray into fashion – combined with solidarity – will offer a touch of glamor and beauty to an evening that promises to be full of surprises.
