Jannik Sinner qualifies for the final of the “Terra Wortmann Open”, ATP 500 on grass at the OWL Arena in Halle, in Germany, with a prize pool of 2,411,390 euros. In the quarterfinals the South Tyrolean tennis player, number 1 in the ATP ranking and on the scoreboard, prevailed in the final over the Chinese Zhizhen Zhang, 42nd in the world ranking, in three sets with a score of 6-4 7-6(3), gained in a ‘hour and 40 minutes of play. In the second semi-final the German Alexander Zverev and the Polish Hubert Hurkacz (friend and doubles partner in Halle) will face each other, respectively second and fifth seeding.
