During the night, a man attempted to enter a supermarket located in the heart of the center of Reggio Calabria, forcing the entrance door with the aim of stealing goods and money. The theft attempt, however, did not go unnoticed: the security staff, having noticed the intrusion, immediately alerted the emergency number 112.
The Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section intervened on site within a few minutes, identifying and blocking the subject, arresting him. The rapid and effective action of the military made it possible to foil the theft before the man could carry out his plan, protecting the commercial activity and guaranteeing the safety of the area.
