From the commissioner of Lamezia Terme a provision of Dacur (prohibition of access to urban areas) issued by the Quaestor of Catanzaro against a 57 Lametine, with numerous criminal and police records, including multiple cases of crimes against the person, who on 25 July last made responsible for aggressive behavior and serious threats within a public exercise located in the center of Lamezia Terme.
The intervention was originated from a report to 112 by a man, who reported that he had been threatened and attacked, first verbally and then physically, by a subject, at the same tied by family relationships, which had been introduced inside the place where the victim worked.
Having collected his testimony and those present, it was ascertained that the attacker, in the meantime left away, had used violence against an employee of the room during opening hours and in the presence of customers, seriously alarmed by the episode.
Considering the severity of behavior and the danger to public security, the anti -crime division of the Police Headquarters instructed the Dacur provision, which prohibits the suspect of accessing public places or similar exercises in the immediate vicinity of the place of commission of the crime for the duration of three years, in addition to the ban on the nearby, as well as the other exercises and public places located in the surrounding areas of Lamezia Terme compared to the place of the aggression, In the area of the so -called “nightlife” town.
