A special day dedicated to solidarity, sharing and human closeness animated the Oncology department of the Mariano Santo hospital, thanks to the initiative promoted by the Onco Med association.
The event gave patients, family members and healthcare staff moments of lightness and serenity through meetings, smiles and activities designed to bring a message of hope within the department.
The visit of Dario Brunori
The protagonist of the day was Dario Brunori, who participated with great willingness in the initiative, stopping to talk to patients and sharing words of encouragement and moments of great humanity.
The presence of the Calabrian artist was welcomed with enthusiasm by all the participants, helping to create an authentic and familiar atmosphere.
Showcooking and moments of sharing
The initiative was also enriched by a show cooking which involved those present and healthcare workers among scents, colors and flavours, transforming the day into an experience of conviviality and attention to well-being.
The objective of the event was to underline the importance of human support alongside medical care, recalling the value that moments of normality and serenity can have for those facing delicate journeys.

The Onco Med association thus continues its commitment through social and cultural initiatives aimed at cancer patients and their families.
