A sudden move that risks shaking the balance of Calabrian politics. The leader of “La Migliore Calabria”, Graziano Di Natale, former regional councilor and former number one in the Province of Cosenza, has filed an appeal with the chancelleries of the Court of Catanzaro which aims to declare the incompatibility of the newly elected regional councilor, Rosaria Succurro, second in the “Occhiuto president” list in the Northern Constituency. The president of the Province of Cosenza, as well as mayor of San Giovanni in Fiore, now finds herself at the center of a legal initiative that could force her to renounce one of the two positions within ten days of notification of the decree setting the hearing.
