The Court of Catanzaro has proclaimed the regional councilors elected in the elections of 5 and 6 October in the central district which includes the provinces of Catanzaro, Crotone and Vibo Valentia. In particular, Filippo Mancuso (Lega), Sergio Ferrari (Forza Italia), Emanuele Ionà (Occhiuto President), Antonio Montuoro (Brothers of Italy), Vito Pitaro (We Moderates), Marco Polimeni (Forza Italia), Ernesto Alecci (Democratic Party), Enzo Bruno (Tridico President) were proclaimed.
Three have also been reconfirmed for the next legislature: Mancuso, outgoing president of the Regional Council, Montuoro, outgoing president of the Budget Commission, and Alecci, outgoing secretary of the Regional Council. In the central constituency the most voted were Ferrari and Mancuso (over 12 thousand preferences for them) for the centre-right, while for the centre-left it was Alecci (around 13 thousand preferences for him, absolutely the most voted in the central constituency and the most voted in the entire progressive coalition). The proclamation of those elected in the Northern constituency (Cosenza) is also scheduled for today, while in recent days the proclamation of the councilors elected in the Southern constituency (Reggio Calabria) took place.
