We can glimpse some potentially critical aspects in the framework of the Single Zes which is moving towards enlargement to Marche and Umbria and towards the consolidation of resources for 2026 in the Budget Law. Profiles that emerge from the parliamentary discussion and the ongoing hearings on the measures at the center of the activity in the commissions.
The issue partly revolves around the risk of seeing the most fragile regions penalized – Calabria first and foremost – and that of not being able to maintain the trend of resources necessary to guarantee the benefits in the future. Starting from the examination of the Budget Law, several hearings were held in the past week, from Bank of Italy to the Court of Auditors, from Istat to Cnel.
