The Canadair base in Lamezia or Crotone? The TAR of Calabria has canceled the tender relating to the civil protection air base in Crotone and, therefore, what will be the implications of this whole affair? The president of the Lamezia Libera association Francesco Antonio Mercuri is asking this question with an accent of controversy and denunciation. The administrator of Sacal Franchini announced that Invitalia will bypass the TAR stop to proceed with the scrolling of the ranking. And, Mercuri asks himself: “Is all this legal?”. In the meantime, Mercuri underlines, “everything is silent, the local political class doesn’t seem to care if Lamezia will soon lose the Canadair base, but also the DOS training school and the fire brigade flight department.”
