Road accident in the Cosentino area. A vehicle towing a Carnival float overturned along the SS 238 road in the municipality of Santa Caterina Albanese. A girl was seriously injured. The young woman was transferred by air ambulance to Cosenza hospital.

The accident occurred during a Carnival parade which was taking place today along the Terme Luigiane road in the stretch between San Marco Argentano and Fagnano Castello.
