The city would like a larger building to host national and international events, while the municipal administration insists on a project that would have deserved an in-depth discussion in the City Council, also to evaluate the terms of an initiative that has been dragging on for 35 years and which has rightly created an important debate, at least in civil society. Little continues to arrive from the city councilors who will remain in office for another three months or so. In May there are the administrative elections and the mayor Domenico Lo Polito announces the arrival of the communication decreeing the start of the construction process of the new sports hall.
