A midfield move for Catanzaro, who have secured the services of Senegalese footballer Mamadou Coulibaly from Salernitana on a permanent basis. Born in 1999, the midfielder played last season in Palermo in Serie B, making 19 appearances and scoring one goal for the rosanero.
Previously he played in Serie B with Carpi, Virtus Entella, Trapani, Salernitana (124 appearances and 10 goals in the second division) and Ternana and in Serie A with Salernitana, Udinese and Pescara (24 appearances and 2 goals overall in the top division). Coulibaly is tied to the Giallorossi club with a one-year contract with an option for a second.
In the evening, a double move was made by DS Polito: first he took the striker Andrea La Mantia and then the winger Marco D’Alessandro from Monza.
