The decree is expected between today and Monday, because for a “precautionary” they generally serve twenty -four or forty -eight, so it should not be expected who knows how much to understand the future margins of Sant’Anna Hospital. Yesterday the Council of State discussed the appeal that the lawyer Francesco Pitaro and the professor Bernardo Giorgio Mattarella they presented on behalf of the bankruptcy curatorship of the clinic. The object of the application, which had been accepted by the third section of the highest section of administrative justice with a suspension, is the sentence of the Tar Calabria which established, in fact, the correctness of the DCA 149 of 19 June 2024, that is, the act with which the commissioner for regional health has decreed the decline of the accreditation of the Sant’Anna regarding the bed of cardiac surgery and all other wards. The same sentence of the TAR has substantially placed the legal premises for a reinterpretation, by the Health Department of the Region, of the hospital network in the context of cardiac surgery, redistributing the beds first accredited in the Catanzaro structure between the public operating units of the “Dulbecco”, the Gom of Reggio and the “Annunziata” of Cosenza.
