Politics in the time of fakes. The post-election poisons have not yet cleared up and the “political” battle seems to have moved to another level, we would say a metaverse. Yesterday the editorial offices of some newspapers received the aggressive note signed by a hitherto unknown association “Calabria per Tridico”. A few lines but with very harsh tones towards a mayor of the same coalition: «The mayor of Catanzaro Nicola Fiorita – we read in the note sent to the editorial staff – even has the audacity to respond to Incarnato. His political and administrative action is conditioned by the League which holds him hostage. Fiorita is without a majority and honestly Catanzaro has serious difficulties. So much so that we lost in the regional elections. Fiorita remains mayor because Filippo Mancuso has not yet decided when to interrupt the council. Maybe it would be time for him to decide to leave early.”
