Attention remains high on Catanzaro Servizi, the investee company which in recent days received the renewal of the writ of injunction from the company Aurora srl for 3.1 million euros.
Not a bolt from the blue for the fully owned municipality-owned spa, which in the past months had received three warnings from the company with which on 20 February it had stipulated the now “famous” transaction to put an end to the debt linked to the Parco Romani affair: the negotiations between the then sole director Gianluca Silipo and the legal representative of Aurora srl, Antonio Speziali, had led to a debt reduction from 2.24 million to 1.6.
