The Council of Ministers, upon proposal of the Minister of the Interior Matteo Piantedosi, in light of the proven influences on the part of organized crime which compromise the smooth running of administrative action, pursuant to article 143 of legislative decree 18 August 2000, n. 267, resolved the dissolution of the Cerva municipal council e the entrusting of the management of the Municipality, for eighteen months, to an extraordinary Commission composed of the vice-prefect Luigi Guerrieri, the deputy prefect Salvatore Tedesco and the economic-financial official Luciano Caridi.
