The hunt for the two fugitives continues in Cetraro and neighboring towns; patrols and checks by the police are intense, but Giuseppe Scornaienchi, 35, and Giuseppe Ferraro, 25, have disappeared almost a month after the DDA order.
Of the four people for whom prison had been ordered, only Giuseppe Antonuccio and Vincenzo Bufanio ended up behind bars, while Fedele Cipolla, Severino Caruso and Marcello Ricco, all from Cetraro, are under house arrest. For Cipolla, the Court of Review confirmed the precautionary measure under house arrest while the mafia association fell.
