Cosenza strikes a blow in midfield: acquired from Siracusa Racine Ba. The player, born in Saint-Louis, Senegal, on 21 January 2003, played for the Sicilian team in the first part of the current season. Ba has gained various experiences in Italian football: after starting out with Correggese and moving to the youth sector of Como, he played in Serie D with Trapani and Reggina. In January 2025 he moved to Siracusa, with whom he won the championship and reached the professional ranks.
The player moves to Cosenza permanently and has signed a contract with the rossoblù club valid until 30 June 2028. Racine Ba will immediately be available to coach Buscè.
