Kevin Cannavò fuels Buscè’s doubts. The player from Partinico scored the goal last Saturday with which Cosenza secured their victory against Casarano. The 25-year-old returned to scoring after a month and a half. The first and only signature was against Giugliano, in another 4-1, but that time the Sicilian started from the beginning, scoring the 1-0 at the start of the second half. Since he moved to the banks of the Crati, the coach has been taking him into consideration, if not as a starter, then as an “agitator” during the race: «I’m on the ballot every week. When Buscè calls me, I am always ready. And on Saturday I proved it. I entered the pitch at a time when Casarano was pushing, we had set up three in defense and therefore had lowered the center of gravity. The coach asked me to keep the team up but above all to take advantage of the spaces they would give us and so I did. There is no shortage of solutions for this Cosenza team, I am willing to play anywhere to help the team and my teammates.”
The attacking midfielder is not surprised by the Wolves’ good start to the championship: «When I arrived in August there was a bit of skepticism around us. We weren’t considered adequate to be in the leading group but seeing the quality of the players who remained I never had any doubts.”
