“There is a worrying climate in San Giovanni in Fiore, we need attention and responsibility.” This is what the city councilor Marco Ambrogio writes in a letter sent to the prefect of Cosenza. The recent succession of violent episodes therefore comes to the attention of the Prefecture. The former councilor has in fact asked for an urgent evaluation of the situation which, in his opinion, has arisen in the Sila center after two separate news events which have fueled concern in the community. In the letter, the councilor first of all recalls the attack suffered in recent days by the local police commander, Rosario Marano, an episode which had already caused dismay in the city. Added to this is a second event, which occurred in the last few hours, which saw a San Giovannese citizen hit in the face.
